  • The service has not yet started

  • A refund request is submitted within the specified time period

  • The service was not delivered as agreed due to TECHNOSCIEN’s fault

Once a service has commenced, refunds may not be applicable.

2. Consulting Services

  • Consulting fees are non-refundable once the session has started

  • If a consulting session is cancelled by TECHNOSCIEN, a full refund will be provided

  • Rescheduling may be offered instead of a refund, subject to availability

3. Training Programs

  • Training fees are refundable only before training access is provided

  • No refunds will be issued once:

    • Training has started

    • Course materials have been shared

    • Access to digital content is granted

4. Digital & Online Services

  • Payments for digital services, downloadable materials, and online content are non-refundable

  • This includes AI tools, reports, and digital deliverables

To request a refund, you must:

  • Provide proof of payment

  • State the reason for the refund request

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting TECHNOSCIEN may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Permanent account restriction

We encourage customers to contact us first for resolution.

8. Global & Remote Services

TECHNOSCIEN operates remotely and serves global customers.
Refunds are processed in accordance with this policy regardless of customer location.
