A refund request is submitted within the specified time period
The service was not delivered as agreed due to TECHNOSCIEN’s fault
Once a service has commenced, refunds may not be applicable.
2. Consulting Services
Consulting fees are non-refundable once the session has started
If a consulting session is cancelled by TECHNOSCIEN, a full refund will be provided
Rescheduling may be offered instead of a refund, subject to availability
3. Training Programs
Training fees are refundable only before training access is provided
No refunds will be issued once:
Training has started
Course materials have been shared
Access to digital content is granted
4. Digital & Online Services
Payments for digital services, downloadable materials, and online content are non-refundable
This includes AI tools, reports, and digital deliverables

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting TECHNOSCIEN may result in:
Suspension of services
Permanent account restriction
We encourage customers to contact us first for resolution.
8. Global & Remote Services
TECHNOSCIEN operates remotely and serves global customers.
Refunds are processed in accordance with this policy regardless of customer location.
